Appointment Rules

To ensure quality care and minimize waiting times, we have established essential rules for appointments:

10-Minute GP Appointments:

  • One appointment covers one problem for one patient.
  • Book a double appointment for multiple issues.
  • Please do not request the doctor to see other family members during your appointment.

Before Your Appointment:

  • Clarify your concerns and prepare brief notes on your symptoms.
  • Address key issues early in the visit.
  • Wear accessible clothing if an examination may be necessary.
  • Ensure you understand the action plan; ask for clarification if needed.

Cancel Appointments

GP appointment? Don’t need it? Cancel it!

To ensure quality care, please remember to cancel your appointment if you cannot attend.

How to Cancel an Appointment:

  • Inform us as soon as possible, ideally at least 30 minutes before your appointment, by calling 020 3818 8441 (Harrow Road) or 020 3818 8441 (Wrottesley Road).
  • You can also cancel online via Patient Access if you’re registered.

Cancellations made less than 30 minutes before the appointment will be marked as a “Did Not Attend” (DNA). Repeated DNAs waste NHS resources and may result in your removal from our patient list.
