December 2024 Update

The December results are in and we are pleased to announce that our amazing call handling team, took over 5000 call’s during the month of December at an average wait time of around 9minutes.
We continue to do our best to try and reduce the wait time, and try and aim for under 6 minutes wait time.
Whilst we feel that 9 minutes is not too long of a time to be waiting to be answered, we would also like to remind patients of our queue buster functionality, which allows patients to receive a call back when they are in queue position one, without them having to wait on the line. This function is currently available if there are 10 or more callers in the queue.
