Do It Online

You can book appointments, request repeat prescriptions and view parts of your medical record, including test results, online with Patient Access.

Please note: Before you are able to use this service you must come to the surgery to get a registration letter printed by reception. You will then be able to register.

Come to the Surgery in person with photo-id and ask the receptionist for details of how to register for Emis Access. You will be given a letter with your own unique registration details then follow the simple instructions below.


Click on and follow the log-on instructions.

You will be asked to create an account.

You will be prompted for your personal login details, which will be on your registration letter, previously obtained from the surgery.

You can then register and use our online services.


If you have forgotten your password to access the online services, this can be reset online by providing some additional details. In order to reset the password, the details given must reflect the details held by the practice, therefore it is worthwhile to update the practice of any changes in your contact details. If you are unable to change your password online, you will have to come to the practice where a new registration letter will be printed.


Patients are now able to view their medications, immunisations, test results and allergies online through Patient Access. If you already are registered with Patient Access to book appointments and request repeat prescriptions online, then this service should be available the next time you log-in to your account. If you would like to register for this service, you must visit Reception at the surgery so that they can print off a registration letter for you. If you would like to opt-out of this service, but still would like to book appointments and request repeat prescriptions online, please let a member of the Reception team know. 5. Patient Access - Mobile App

Make appointments, request repeat prescription or view your medical record on the go as Patient Access is available as an app for your mobile device or tablet. This can be downloaded for Android and iOS operating systems.
